摘要
城建档案作为城市规划、建设、管理工作的重要载体,在应对处置突发事件、助力公共安全治理中的价值和功能日益凸显。文章分析了突发事件中城建档案的阶段性价值特征、提供应急服务面临的挑战;围绕危机缩减、预备、反应、恢复四个阶段,探讨了城建档案应急服务能力提升策略。
As an important carrier of urban planning,construction,and management work,urban construction archives have increasingly significant value and functions in responding to and dealing with sudden events and assisting in public safety governance.The article analyzes the stage-specific value characteristics of urban construction archives in sudden events and the challenges faced in providing emergency services.It discusses strategies for enhancing the emergency service capabilities of urban construction archives around the crisis reduction,preparation,response,and recovery stages.
