摘要
目的:分析循证护理对血液透析导管留置患者血管通路维护依从性、生活质量及不良情况的影响。方法:选取2023年1—12月滨州市中心医院收治的血液透析导管留置患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参照组(接受常规护理)与循证组(在参照组基础上接受循证护理),各40例。比较两组护理后血管通路维护依从性、生活质量及不良情况发生率。结果:循证组血管通路维护总依从率高于参照组(P=0.046);护理后,两组躯体功能、心理功能、物质生活、社会功能评分均高于护理前,循证组高于参照组(P<0.05);循证组不良情况总发生率低于参照组(P=0.044)。结论:循证护理应用在血液透析导管留置患者中,可提高其血管通路维护依从性、生活质量,降低不良情况发生率。
Objective:To analyze the impact of evidence-based nursing on vascular access maintenance compliance,quality of life,and adverse events in hemodialysis patients with catheter indwelling.Methods:Eighty hemodialysis patients with catheter indwelling admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(receiving routine nursing)and an evidence-based group(receiving evidence-based nursing in addition to routine nursing),with 40 cases in each group.The compliance of vascular access maintenance,quality of life,and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall compliance rate of vascular access maintenance in the evidence-based group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.046).After nursing,the scores of physical function,psychological function,material life,and social function in both groups were higher than those before nursing,with the evidence-based group scoring higher than the control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse events in the evidence-based group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.044).Conclusion:The application of evidence-based nursing in hemodialysis patients with catheter indwelling can improve their vascular access maintenance compliance,enhance quality of life,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
