摘要
该文报告1例银屑病合并大疱性类天疱疮伴抗桥粒芯蛋白1抗体阳性患者的病历资料。患者接受甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠、头孢西丁钠、雷公藤多苷片治疗后病情好转。银屑病合并大疱性类天疱疮伴抗桥粒芯蛋白1抗体阳性,提示患者病情复杂,需综合临床表现、病理及免疫学检查明确诊断,糖皮质激素联合免疫抑制剂治疗可有效控制病情。
This article reports the medical records of a patient with psoriasis complicated with bullous pemphigoid and anti desmoglein 1 antibody positivity.The patient's condition improved after treatment with methylprednisolone sodium succinate,cefoxitin sodium,and tripterygium glycosides.The coexistence of psoriasis,bullous pemphigoid,and anti-desmoglein 1 antibody positivity indicates the complexity of the disease,necessitating a comprehensive diagnosis based on clinical manifestations,pathological and immunological examinations.Treatment with glucocorticoids combined with immunosuppressants can effectively control the condition.
