摘要
LNG运输船舶作为世上建造难度和安全要求最高的三类船型之一,电气设备和系统之间的互联互通功能也是非常重要并且需要全程重点关注的焦点之一,尤其是选用GTT薄膜舱系统时更能突显重要性,聚焦LNG液货舱的安全需求,探讨5个主要关联要素:船舶压载水系统与LNG液货装卸过程中的自动调载控制、LNG液货舱压力与相关主辅机设备的联动控制、LNG液货舱对周围结构空舱的温度影响、船岸装卸应急切断(ESD)系统、电站自动化与货物控制处理系统之间的关联保护等方面。通过对LNG运输船自动化系统的介绍和分析,突显提升其集成度以实现完整的IAS(Integrated Automatic System)的必要性。这将在未来项目设计策划和技术协议制定中起到指导作用。
As one of three types of ships with the world's highest construction difficulty and safety requirements,the automatic interlock protection function of the electrical equipment and systems design is essential.The selection of the GTT membrane tank system can highlight its importance,which is one of the focuses of the whole process.Focusing on the safety of the LNG cargo tank,five main associated factors are discussed which are the strength relationship between ballast water system operation and LNG cargo loading or unloading,the pressure tendency of the gas consumes of main and auxiliary engines running at various operating modes and the pressure control of the LNG car go tank,the effect on the temperature for cofferdam from the LNG cargo tank,the ship and shore ESD link safety system,the correlation protection between ship's power manage system and cargo handling system for necessity analyzed comprehensively of improving the sub-control system to LNG integration automation system-IAS(INTRGRATED AUTOMATIC SYSTEM).It will play a guiding role in stakeholders'planning and technical agreement regarding future project designs.
