摘要
为优化医疗资源利用并促进患者快速康复,我院眼科中心精心打造了眼科一站式服务中心。中心秉承“以病人为核心”的服务理念,采用集成化模式,将多样化的诊疗项目和复杂的诊疗流程紧密融合,实现了在同一区域内集中受理、提供一站式手术诊疗服务的便捷流程。眼科一站式服务中心集院前评估、手术预约、患者教育、身份验证及术后药物领取等多重功能于一体,构成了眼科领域的集束化服务体系,不仅极大地改善了患者及其家属在诊疗过程中的整体体验,也大幅提升了眼科医疗服务效率。
In order to optimize the use of medical resources and promote the rapid recovery of patients,the ophthalmology center of our hospital has built a one-stop service center for ophthalmology.Adhering to the service concept of ‘patient-centered',the center adopts an integrated model,closely integrating diversified diagnostic and treatment items and complex diagnostic and treatment processes,and realizing a convenient process of centralized acceptance and one-stop surgical diagnostic and treatment services in the same area.The ophthalmology one-stop service center integrates multiple functions such as prehospital assessment,surgery booking,patient education,identity verification and post-operative medication collection,constituting a centralized service system in the field of ophthalmology,which not only greatly improves the overall experience of patients and their families in the process of diagnosis and treatment,but also significantly enhances the efficiency of ophthalmology medical services.
