摘要
近年来,肿瘤相关性淋巴管生成一直是肿瘤微环境领域的研究热点之一,肿瘤相关性淋巴管生成与疾病风险分层及预后的内在机制被深入挖掘。同其他类型的实体瘤相比,甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)主要以淋巴通路进行转移并伴有更高的淋巴结转移发生率,而对PTC进行新生淋巴管表征及抑制有望为低风险PTC的微创治疗或晚期PTC的靶向治疗提供新的思路。全文以肿瘤相关性淋巴管生成为切入点,综述该领域的研究进展,重点就肿瘤相关性淋巴管生成对于研究PTC的疾病进展及临床管理的价值进行总结。
Tumor-associated lymphangiogenesis and its intrinsic mechanism have been a hotspot in tumor microenvironment research,which is conducive to disease risk stratification and prognosis of patients.Papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC)primarily metastasizes through lymphatic system and exhibits a higher incidence of lymph node metastasis.Characterizing and inhibiting tumor-associated lymphangiogenesis in PTC holds promise for providing new insights into minimally invasive treatment for low-risk PTC or targeted therapy for advanced PTC.This paper reviews the research progress on tumor-associated lymphangiogenesis,focusing on its value in assessing disease progression and clinical management of PTC.
