摘要
近年来,数字贸易壁垒逐渐成为阻碍数字服务出口的关键制约因素,对数字服务出口企业的经营规模、扩张速度、市场竞争力以及对整体经济增长的贡献等方面产生了负面影响。本文通过分析数字贸易壁垒的具体类型及其内在影响机制,探讨了其对数字服务出口潜力的影响。研究发现,政策壁垒、数据壁垒和平台壁垒等多种形式的数字贸易壁垒会大幅增加企业运营成本、限制市场准入机会、降低竞争力和创新受阻,从而严重抑制数字服务出口的发展。据此,本文提出了一系列针对性的政策建议,旨在促进数字贸易的发展,释放数字服务出口的潜在增长动力。
Digital trade barriers are emerging as significant obstacles to digital service exports,negatively affecting the scale,growth rate,competitiveness,and economic contributions of digital service export enterprises.This article analyzes the types and impact mechanisms of digital trade barriers and explores their impact on digital service export potential.The study finds that various barriers,such as policy barriers,data barriers,and platform barriers,can increase business costs,restrict market access,reduce competitiveness,and hinder innovation,thereby inhibiting the growth of digital service exports.Based on this,this paper proposes a series of targeted.
