摘要
药物性肝损伤(Drug-induced liver injury,DILI)不仅影响药物的治疗效果,还严重影响人们的身体健康,寻找抗DILI作用的新靶点是护肝药物开发与应用领域的重要研究内容。本文总结了活性多糖对不同类型DILI的改善作用,分析了目前活性多糖抗DILI的作用机制研究进展,发现活性多糖发挥抗DILI功效与核因子红系2相关因子2(Nrf2)、核转录因子NFκB(NF-κB)、抗细胞凋亡等机制有关。此外,多糖也可通过自噬、调节肠道菌群及调节血糖等机制发挥护肝作用。本综述总结了活性多糖在体内抗DILI机制已有的研究成果,并为抗DILI新药研发提供新的靶点线索。
Drug-induced liver injury(DILI)not only affects the therapeutic effect of drugs,but also seriously affects people's health.Finding new targets for anti-DILI is an important research content in the development and application of hepatoprotective drugs.This paper summarizes the improvement effect of active polysaccharides on different types of DILI,and analyzes the current research progress on the mechanism of active polysaccharides against DILI.It is found that the anti-DILI effect of active polysaccharides is related to nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2),nuclear transcription factor NF-κB(NF-κB),anti-apoptosis and other mechanisms.In addition,polysaccharides can also protect the liver through mechanisms such as autophagy,regulation of intestinal flora,and regulation of blood glucose.This review summarizes the existing research results on the anti-DILI mechanism of active polysaccharides in vivo,and provides new target clues for the development of new anti-DILI drugs.
