牙龈卟啉单胞菌的LuxS/AI-2型群体感应系统及其抑制剂的研究进展

Progress of the LuxS/AI-2 quorum sensing system and its inhibitors in Porphyromonas gingivalis

摘要 牙龈卟啉单胞菌是导致多种口腔疾病和全身疾病的重要致病菌。LuxS/AI-2型群体感应系统在调控牙龈卟啉单胞菌生物膜形成、毒力因子及耐药性等众多生理过程中起关键作用。群体感应抑制剂(quorum sensing inhibitors)是一种新型的潜在抗生素替代品,在抑制生物膜形成、细菌毒力和不诱导抗生素耐药性下破坏群体感应过程,是控制细菌感染的新方法。本综述从LuxS/AI-2群体感应系统调控牙龈卟啉单胞菌生物膜形成、毒力、耐药性及其群体感应抑制剂的研究进展做一总结,为进一步研究针对牙龈卟啉单胞菌LuxS/AI-2型群体感应系统抑制靶点提供理论依据。 Porphyromonas gingivalis is an important pathogenic bacterium causing a variety of oral and systemic diseases.The LuxS/AI-2 quorum sensing system plays a key role in regulating numerous physiological processes such as biofilm formation,virulence factors and drug resistance in Porphyromonas gingivalis.Quorum sensing inhibitors are a new potential antibiotic substitute,a new method to control bacterial infection under the inhibition of biofilm formation,bacterial virulence and no induction of antibiotic resistance.This review is a summary of the research progress of the LuxS/AI-2 quorum sensing system in regulating biofilm formation,virulence,resistance and quorum sensing inhibitors in Porphyromonas gingivalis,and provides a theoretical basis for further research on the inhibitory targets of the LuxS/AI-2 quorum sensing system in Porphyromonas gingivalis.
