摘要 文章从通信设备行业供应链的特征与痛点出发,系统分析了物联网技术的核心功能与应用潜力,并构建了基于物联网的供应链管理体系,涵盖系统架构设计、信息流与数据共享机制、智能化仓储与物流管理及设备全生命周期管理,分析了物联网技术对供应链透明度、协作效率、成本优化及绿色化发展的推动作用及其在增强行业竞争力和可持续发展能力中的重要价值。研究为通信设备行业供应链智能化与绿色化发展提供了理论支持与实践指导。 Starting from the characteristics and pain points of the supply chain in the communication equipment industry,this article systematically analyzes the core functions and application potential of IoT technology,and constructs a supply chain management system based on IoT,covering system architecture design,information flow and data sharing mechanism,intelligent warehousing and logistics management,and equipment lifecycle management.It analyzes the role of IoT technology in promoting supply chain transparency,collaboration efficiency,cost optimization and green development,and its important value in enhancing the competitiveness and sustainable development of the industry.The research provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the intelligent and green development of the supply chain in the communication equipment industry.
