摘要
石油化工企业给整个社会经济发展和人民群众的就业起到带动作用,同时伴随而来的就是各类石油化工事故不断频繁发生。石油化工生产出化工产品的物品和中间排泄物多数是易燃易爆危险品,生产工艺及原料化学性质决定了化工企业的火灾爆炸危险性远高于其他企业,如何加强化工企业的消防安全管理,成为当前减少火灾损失一个刻不容缓的话题,消防救援队伍不但要承担日常的防火监督检查任务,而且要加强对化工火灾事故的熟悉演练力度,针对不同的灾害类型不断完善各类预案,始终按照最难、最严、最不利的方面考虑石化火灾可能带来的严重后果,以日常的严格检查、员工培训和联合演练为有力抓手,确保石油化工企业安全平稳运营。
Petrochemical enterprises play a driving role in the development of the whole social economy and the employment of the people.At the same time,all kinds of petrochemical accidents occur frequently.The materials and intermediate excrement used in the production of chemical products in petrochemical industry are mostly flammable and explosive dangerous goods.The production process and chemical properties of raw materials determine that the fire and explosion risk of chemical enterprises is much higher than that of other enterprises.How to strengthen the fire safety management of chemical enterprises has become an urgent topic to reduce fire losses.Fire rescue teams not only need to undertake daily fire supervision and inspection tasks,but also need to strengthen their fire safety management.Moreover,it is necessary to strengthen the familiarity and exercise of chemical fire accidents,continuously improve various contingency plans for different types of disasters,and always consider the serious consequences of petrochemical fires according to the most difficult,strict and unfavorable aspects.Daily strict inspections,employee training,and joint exercises are powerful measures to ensure the safe and stable operation of petrochemical enterprises.
