喷雾热解在锂电领域应用专利分析

摘要 喷雾热解作为材料制备方式,使用范围越来越广,逐渐渗透到各个方面。以其成本低,连续性强,可大规模量产的优势,逐渐在材料端获得重视。锂电领域正极端可以采用氧化物前驱体加配锂烧结的形式,也可以采用一步配锂热解形式制备材料,专利采用的盐形式有差异;由于传统的石墨阳极锂电池在不同的应用场景(如电动汽车和大型电源)对高能量/功率密度和长循环寿命的要求越来越高,因此各种改进策略和替代阳极材料被开发出来以获得更好的电化学性能,文中叙述了采用喷雾热解方法制备材料工艺;材料的改性方式主要是包覆和掺杂,专利提到采用喷雾热解方式实现改性手段,选取不同材料进行验证;回收资源化端对工艺实现方式进行了多种设计,优化回收率。 Spray pyrolysis,as a material preparation method,has been used more and more widely and has gradually penetrated into all aspects.With its advantages of low cost,strong continuity and large-scale mass production,it has gradually gained attention in the material end.The positive extreme can be in the form of oxide precursor plus lithium sintering,or in the form of one-step lithium pyrolysis to prepare materials,and the form of salt used in patents is different.Due to the increasing demand for high energy/power density and long cycle life of traditional graphic-anodized lithium batteries in different application scenarios(such as electric vehicles and large power supplies),various improvement strategies and alternative anode materials were developed to obtain better electrochemical performance.The modification methods of materials were mainly coating and doping.The patent mentions that spray pyrolysis was used to achieve modification methods,and different materials were selected for verification.The recycling end was utilized,and the realization of the process was designed to optimize the recovery rate.
