摘要
某钢厂42CrMo圆钢在下游客户电镀时产生针孔缺陷,采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等分析手段,对表面针孔缺陷进行了宏观形貌、显微组织等分析。结果表明,大颗粒非金属夹杂物是导致表面针孔缺陷产生的主要原因。针对此类缺陷,提出了相应的改进措施。
The causes of pinhole defects of round steel 42CrMo during electroplating at the customer’s factory were analyzed by means of optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and other analysis methods,such as macro-morphology and micro-structure.The analysis results show that large non-metallic inclusions are the main cause of surface pinhole defects.In view of this kind of defects,the corresponding improvement measures were put forward.
