炼钢过程氮控机理研究

Study on Nitrogen Control Mechanism in Steel-making Process

摘要 氮作为炼钢生产过程中的典型气体元素,对浇铸稳定、铸坯质量以及产品性能均有重要影响,因此氮的精准控制成为高品质钢生产中的关键问题。文章从转炉氧气纯度、终点碳、废钢比、底吹工艺、转炉炉口微正压控制等方面,分析了各因素对钢水氮含量的影响,通过研究提出提高转炉氧气纯度、低废钢比、减少钢水过氧化等措施,有效控制钢中氮的含量。 As a typical gas element in the steel-making production process,nitrogen content has an important impact on the stability of casting,the quality of casting billets and the performance of products,so the precise control of nitrogen content has gradually become a key issue in the production of high-quality steel.In this paper,the influence of various factors on the nitrogen content of molten steel was analyzed from the aspects of converter oxygen purity,endpoint carbon content,scrap ratio,bottom blowing process,and micro-positive pressure control at converter mouth,and measures were proposed to effectively control the nitrogen content in molten steel by improving the oxygen purity,reducing the scrap ratio,and reducing the peroxidation of molten steel.
