摘要
土壤总放射性监测是快速准确反映土壤放射性污染情况的方法,而标准物质制备是保证放射性监测准确性的关键因素。本文分别采用湿法和干法制备土壤总放射性标准物质,并通过单因素方差法检验自制土壤总放射性标准物质的均匀性;利用自制土壤总放射性标准物质刻度α、β测量仪的测量效率,并与以^(241)Am和^(40)K粉末源为刻度源刻度的仪器效率进行比较。实验结果表明,利用两种方法自制的土壤总放射性标准物质的均匀性均符合标准物质要求。使用自制土壤总放射性标准物质刻度的仪器α、β测量效率低于使用粉末源刻度的测量效率,但其通过模拟真实样品的几何与基质效应,显著减少了系统误差,在土壤样品测量中更准确。
The monitoring of soil gross radioactivity is a fast and accurate method that reflects the situation of soil radioactive pollution,and the preparation of reference material is a key factor to ensure the accuracy of radioactivity monitoring.In this paper,wet method and dry method were used respectively to prepare the soil gross radioactivity reference material,and the uniformity of the self-made reference material was tested by single factor variance method.Meanwhile,the measurement efficiency of the α and β measuring instrument calibrated by the self-made soil reference material was compared with that of the instrument calibrated by ^(241)Am powder and ^(40)K powder as calibration sources.The experimental results showed that the uniformity of the selfmade soil total radioactivity reference substances by the two methods met the requirements of the reference substance.The α and β measurement efficiency of the instrument calibrated by the selfmade soil total radioactivity reference substance was lower than that of the powder source,but it significantly reduced the system error by simulating the geometric and matrix effects of real samples,and was more accurate in the measurement of soil samples.
