辽宁某矿浮选尾矿浓缩技术及充填方式研究 被引量:1

Research on Concentrating Technology and Filling Method of Flotation Tailings in a Mine in Liaoning Province

摘要 辽宁某矿选厂现处理能力为500t/d,浮选尾矿产出率约88%,属于超细尾矿,地表尾矿干堆存在安全隐患大、运营管理费用高等问题。同时该矿井下经20多年的开采,已形成采空区总体积达80万m^(3),部分采空区内发生顶板冒落、矿柱压裂、顶板沉降等现象,大量的采空区已成为矿山的重大危险源之一。通过浮选尾矿充填采空区技术研究,合理利用矿山有限资源,保护地表生态环境,确保采空区的稳定,延长矿山的服务年限。 The current processing capacity of a mining plant in Liaoning is 500t/d,and the flotation tailings yield is about 88%.It belongs to ultrafine tailings,and there are significant safety hazards and high operating and management costs in the dry stacking of surface tailings.At the same time,after more than 20 years of mining,the total volume of goaf in this mine has reached 800000 cubic meters.Some goaf areas have experienced phenomena such as roof collapse,pillar fracturing,and roof subsidence,and a large number of goaf areas have become one of the major hazards in the mine.Through the research of flotation tailings filling technology for goaf,the limited resources of the mine are utilized rationally,the surface ecological environment is protected,the stability of the goaf is ensured,and the service life of the mine is extended.
