摘要 在铜电解生产过程中,阳极板的质量对阴极铜的产量、质量及电流效率等影响很大,使用上厚下薄的刀型阳极板可以减少掉残极、提高电解电流效率、增加阴极铜产量、改善阴极铜外观质量。但刀型阳极板浇铸难度大,需进行摸索试验。我们经过近一年的改进模具尺寸及安装水平试验,获得了刀型阳极板的浇铸经验,在国内率先成功实现刀型阳极板的工业化和标准化生产。 The quality of anode plates greatly affects the output,quality,and current efficiency of cathode copper in the process of copper electroly production.The use of knife-shaped anode plates with a thick top and a thin bottom can reduce the loss of residual anodes,improve the electrolysis current,increase the output of cathode copper,and improve the appearance quality of cathode copper.However,the casting of knife-shaped anode plates is difficult and experimental exploration.After nearly a year of improving the size of the mold and the level of installation,we have gained experience in casting knife-shaped anode plates and successfully achieved the industrialization and standardization of knife-shaped anode plate production in China.
