摘要
针对传统接触式存在安装、测试等较为麻烦和普通视觉仪器无法采集高频振动信号问题,提出了一种基于高速双目视觉的三维测振技术。首先,对左右相机进行单目与双目标定得到相机的内外参数;再对高速相机采集到的人工标志原始图片进行灰度、去噪、阈值分割、开运算预处理;然后,根据标定的内外参对预处理后的图片进行双目立体校正,对矫正后的图片进行Canny边缘检测以及最小二乘椭圆拟合;最后,采用最小二乘椭圆拟合方法提取椭圆中心点的三维位移量得到振动幅度,再进行频谱分析即可得到振动频率。以双层振动筛为实验对象,为振动筛振动幅度和振动频率提供了新方法,具有一定的理论意义和使用价值。
Aiming at the problems that the traditional contact type is troublesome to install and test,and the common visual instruments cannot collect high-frequency vibration signals,a three-dimensional vibration measurement technology based on highspeed binocular vision is proposed.First,the left and right cameras are determined by monocular and dual targets to obtain the internal and external parameters of the camera;then the original images of artificial signs collected by the high-speed camera are subjected to grayscale,denoising,threshold segmentation,and open operation preprocessing;The preprocessed image is subjected to binocular stereo correction,and the corrected image is subjected to Canny edge detection and least squares ellipse fitting.Amplitude,and then frequency spectrum analysis can be obtained vibration frequency.Taking the double-layer vibrating screen as the experimental object,it provides a new method for the vibration amplitude and vibration frequency of the vibrating screen,which has certain theoretical significance and practical value.
