QuEChERS法快速测定广味香肠中6种甜味剂的一测多评研究 被引量:1

QAMS Study on Rapid Determination of Six Sweeteners in Cantonese Sausage by QuEChERS Method

摘要 建立乙醇替代甲醇的一测多评结合Qu ECh ERS法快速检测广味香肠中6种甜味剂。采用乙醇为提取剂的Qu ECh ERS法对广味香肠中6种甜味剂进行提取和净化,以乙醇、5 mmol/L乙酸铵为流动相,建立以安赛蜜为参考对象的一测多评法。试验考察提取溶剂、基质效应、流速和柱温、校正因子的稳定性、方法学验证及供试品稳定性等因素对试验的影响。方法学验证结果表明,当加标回收水平为0.01,0.02和0.10 mg/kg时,6种甜味剂的方法回收率及精密度分别为101.1%~112.0%和1.7%~4.8%。当柱温为35℃,流速为0.3 m L/min时,仪器条件最优。试验表明,校正因子分别为f_(甜/安)=7.190 3,f_(糖/安)=1.049 2,f_(阿力/安)=0.995 7,f_(阿斯/安)=0.177 3,f_(纽/安)=0.323 6,且耐受性良好。该方法具有操作简单、稳定、经济高效、环保等特点,适用于广味香肠中6种合成甜味剂的测定。 The QAMS combined with QuEChERS method with ethanol instead of methanol is established to rapidly detect six sweeteners in Cantonese sausage.Six sweeteners in Cantonese sausage are extracted,and purified by QuEChERS method with ethanol as extractant.QAMS method with acesulfame as the reference object is established with ethanol and 5 mmol L ammonium acetate as mobile phase.The effects of extraction solvent,matrix effect,flow rate and column temperature,stability of correction factor,methodology verification and stability of sample on the experiment are investigated.The results of methodological verification show that the recoveries and precisions of six sweeteners are 101.1%-112.0%and 1.7%-4.8%,respectively,when the recovery levels are 0.01,0.02 and 0.10 mg/kg.The instrument condition is optimal when the column temperature is 35℃,and the fow rate is 0.3 mL/min.The test shows that the correction factors are f_(甜/安)=7.1903,J_(糖/安)=1.0492,J_(阿力/安)=0.9957,f_(阿斯/安)=0.1773,f_(纽/安)=0.3236,respectively,and they are well tolerated.The method is simple,stable,economical and environmentally friendly,and is suitable for the determination of six synthetic sweeteners in Cantonese sausage.
