摘要
全氟烷基和多氟烷基化合物(PFAS)是人工合成的化学产品,因其广泛应用和潜在毒性而引起了特别关注。PFAS属于环境内分泌干扰物(EEDs)的一类,其正逐步被淘汰,但相当长时期仍然会存在于环境中。研究表明,PFAS及其代谢物可能对男性精子质量产生不良影响,降低男性生育能力。本文综述PFAS对人精子质量的影响,包括精子浓度和数量、形态学、精子活力、获能、过度激活与顶体反应以及持久的毒性作用等多个方面。
Perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances(PFAS)are synthetic chemical products that have attracted special attention due to their wide application and potential toxicity,and belong to the category of environmental endocrine disruptors(EEDs).Although PFAS are being phased out,they will remain in the environment for a long time.Studies have shown that PFAS and their metabolites may have adverse effects on male sperm quality and reduce male fertility.This paper reviews the effects of PFAS on human sperm quality,including sperm concentration and quantity,morphology,sperm motility,capacitation,overactivation and acrosome reaction as well as persistent toxicity.
