摘要
作为中华文化的重要组成部分,北疆文化形成于农耕文明与游牧文明交汇融合的核心地带,体现为以不畏艰辛、自强不息、开拓创新等精神品质构筑的价值观念,并以此向外拓展,形成了多层次、多样态的文化结构。北疆文化对于促进统一多民族国家的形成和国内各民族间的交往交流交融,推动经济发展和凝聚中华民族向心力,维护国家统一与边疆稳定等都有着非常重要的历史意义。北疆文化可以为增强中华文化认同、保障边疆安全提供重要文化资源,为铸牢中华民族共同体意识,为推动文化产业发展、促进文化强区建设提供思想文化支撑。
As an important part of Chinese culture,Chinese northern borderland culture was born in the core area of the intersection and integration of farming civilization and nomadic civilization.It is embodied in the values constructed by the spiritual qualities of not being afraid of hardships,constantly striving for self-improvement,pioneering and innovation,and thus outward expansion,forming a multi-level and diverse cultural structure.As an important part of the Silk Road,the Chinese northern borderland region involves a number of roads to Central Asia and Europe.Chinese northern borderland culture has very important historical value for promoting the formation of the unified multi-ethnic nation,accelerating the exchanges,interaction and integration among all ethnic groups in the country,pushing economic development,eliminating the factors that are not conducive to national unity,uniting the centripetal force of the Chinese nation,and maintaining national unity and stability in border areas.Chinese northern borderland culture can provide important cultural resources for enhancing Chinese cultural identity and ensuring border security.It provides a historical basis for consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation and promoting the development of Chinese civilization.And also,it provides a unique cultural brand for promoting the development of cultural industries and the construction of strong cultural areas.
