摘要
传统的发展模式往往会更注重工业遗产发展带来的经济效益而缺少对其文化价值本身的保护,在存量更新规划的时代中,如何在城市快速发展的背景下保证工业遗存文化价值的同时,对其进行更新,是当前值得研究的问题。场景理论可使工业遗产成为承载文化价值的空间,可在保证其经济发展的同时保护其内在文化价值。因此,文章引入场景理论,对益隆炮竹厂的现状与发展模式进行探讨,最后得出其更新改造方案。
Traditional development models often focus more on the economic benefits brought by the development of industrial heritage and lack protection of its cultural value itself.In the era of stock renewal planning,how to ensure the cultural value of industrial heritage while updating it in the context of rapid urban development is currently a problem worthy of research.Scene theory can make industrial heritage a space that carries cultural value,protecting its inherent cultural value while ensuring its economic development.Therefore,this article introduces scenario theory to explore the current situation and development model of Yilong Firecracker Factory,and finally comes up with its renovation plan.
