摘要
文章以南京罗廊巷柏果树幼儿园为案例,探讨了基于城市更新的老城基础教育设施的改造策略。当前,城市更新意义重大,但老城区教育设施滞后与居民需求增长的矛盾突出。文章分析了老城既有基础教育设施改造面临的问题,提出完善功能、重组空间、强化安全的改造策略。在柏果树幼儿园改造实践中,针对场地、功能、安全等问题,采取重新规划场地、整合空间置入功能、拆危加固等措施,以此推动城市更新中基础教育设施的优化,满足教育需求。
Taking the Baiguoshu Kindergarten in Luolang Lane of Nanjing as a case study,this paper examines the renovation strategies for urban basic education facilities in the old city based on urban renewal.At present,urban renewal is of great significance,but the contradiction between lagging educational facilities in the old city and the growth of residents'demand is prominent.This paper analyzes the problems faced in the reconstruction of the existing basic education facilities in the old city,and puts forward the reconstruction strategies of improving the function,reorganizing the space and strengthening the safety.In the renovation practice of Baiguoshu Kindergarten,aiming at the problems of site,function and safety,measures such as re-planning site,integrating space into function,demolishing and reinforcing are taken to promote the optimization of basic education facilities in urban renewal and meet the educational needs.
