摘要
文章通过分析我国自行车交通发展存在的问题并学习纽约自行车交通发展经验,了解其如何通过不同手段营造有利于自行车出行的整体环境。通过学习纽约经验,在自行车交通战略制定、基础设施建设、骑行分担率定期监测以及骑行活动宣传等方面总结出中国自行车交通发展策略。
By analyzing the problems in the development of bicycle traffic in our country and learning from the development experience of bicycle traffic in New York,this paper tries to understand how it creates the overall environment conducive to bicycle travel by different means.Based on the experience of New York,the paper summarizes the development strategy of China's bicycle transportation in terms of the formulation of bicycle transportation strategy,infrastructure construction,regular monitoring of cycling sharing rate and publicity of cycling activities.
