摘要
随着城市化的快速推进,城市人口规模和密度迅速增加,城市土地资源日益紧张。在此背景下,城市居民人均可利用的公共空间面积急剧减少,与人们对更高品质生活和更多公共交往的需求之间形成了矛盾。此外,一些商业综合体在建设过程中缺乏深思熟虑,盲目追求规模和效益,导致其外部空间利用率低下、可达性差,与其所占据的城市优越地段形成强烈反差。如何在日益拥挤的城市环境中,巧妙打造出既具有商业价值又兼具城市公共空间属性的外部空间,成为亟待解决的难题。本文依托这一理念,深入探讨城市共享视角下的街区商业综合体外部空间设计,从宏观城市层面到微观建筑层面进行分析,旨在为此类空间的研究提供新的视角与灵感。
With the rapid advancement of urbanization,the size and density of urban population are increasing rapidly,and urban land resources are becoming increasingly scarce.In this context,the per capita available public space area for urban residents has sharply decreased,creating a contradiction between people's demand for higher quality of life and more public interaction.In addition,some commercial complexes lack careful consideration during the construction process,blindly pursuing scale and efficiency,resulting in low external space utilization and poor accessibility,forming a strong contrast with the advantageous urban areas they occupy.How to cleverly create an external space that has both commercial value and urban public space attributes in an increasingly crowded urban environment has become an urgent problem to be solved.This article relies on this concept to explore in depth the external space design of commercial complexes in street blocks from the perspective of urban sharing,analyzing from the macro urban level to the micro architectural level,aiming to provide new perspectives and inspirations for the study of such spaces.
