基于CFD的缺陷轴承腔内润滑脂流动特性分析 被引量:1

摘要 滚动轴承在运行过程中,轴承缺陷(如磨损、裂纹等)会影响润滑脂的流动。通过分析流动特性,可以评估润滑脂在不同工况下的表现,确保轴承得到足够的润滑,从而减少摩擦和磨损。基于此,建立脂润滑缺陷轴承有限元模型,基于Fluent对轴承腔内润滑脂分布及流动速度进行流体仿真,对不同转速与填脂量下的正常轴承与缺陷轴承腔内润滑脂分布与流动速度进行研究。结果表明,在一定填脂量下,随着转速的增加,润滑脂从内滚道转移到外滚道,使缺陷轴承中更多的润滑脂黏附在缺陷与外滚道两侧,且润滑脂体积在轴承的周向上变化波动更大;填脂量的增加改善了润滑脂分布,有利于轴承润滑,尤其是在缺陷轴承中,但过量填脂会因粘性摩擦而降低流动速度。 During the operation of rolling bearings,bearing defects such as wear and cracks can affect the flow of lubricating grease.By analyzing the flow characteristics,the performance of lubricating grease under different working conditions can be evaluated,ensuring that the bearing receives sufficient lubrication and reducing friction and wear.Based on this,a finite element model of grease lubricated defective bearings was established,and fluid simulation was conducted on the distribution and flow velocity of lubricating grease in the bearing cavity using Fluent.The distribution and flow velocity of lubricating grease in normal and defective bearing cavities were studied under different speeds and grease filling amounts.The results show that under a certain amount of grease filling,as the speed increases,the lubricating grease transfers from the inner raceway to the outer raceway,causing more lubricating grease in the defective bearing to adhere to both sides of the defect and the outer raceway,and the volume of lubricating grease fluctuates more in the circumferential direction of the bearing.The increase in grease filling improves the distribution of lubricating grease,which is beneficial for bearing lubrication,especially in defective bearings.However,excessive grease filling can reduce the flow velocity due to viscous friction.
