摘要
焊接是制造业中不可或缺的一种技术。为了更好地提高焊接质量,同时提高其生产效率,在对螺旋卷管的研究中,采用脉冲气体保护焊+焊缝自动跟踪系统的方式,替代传统的埋弧焊。在脉冲气体保护焊与焊缝跟踪系统中,通过电流互感器、放大器以及数据采集卡搭建采集电路,实时获取电流信号,并运用传统信号分析处理方法对电流信号进行处理与分析,从而实现更高精度的焊接目标。
Welding is an indispensable technology in the manufacturing industry.In order to improve welding quality and production efficiency,pulse gas shielded welding and automatic weld seam tracking system are adopted in the research of spiral coiled pipes to replace traditional submerged arc welding.In the pulse gas shielded welding and weld seam tracking system,an acquisition circuit is built using current transformers,amplifiers,and data acquisition cards to obtain real-time current signals.Traditional signal analysis and processing methods are used to process and analyze the current signals,thereby achieving higher precision welding targets.
