摘要
带式输送机可实现长距离散装物料运输,大大提高了煤矿生产效率。但对于下运带式输送机而言,容易引发飞车问题。介绍了带式输送机和阻尼托辊的基本概念,分析了带式输送机中托辊的作用,并结合实际情况详细设计了阻尼托辊的整体结构和关键结构。通过模拟仿真和实践应用研究,验证了阻尼托辊在降低带式输送机运行速度方面的作用。研究表明,阻尼托辊可有效降低下运带式输送机中输送带的运行速度,提高煤矿生产的安全性和效率。
Belt conveyors can achieve long-distance transportation of bulk materials,greatly improving coal mine production efficiency.But for downward belt conveyors,it is easy to cause runaway problems.This paper introduces the basic concepts of belt conveyors and damping rollers,analyzes the role of rollers in belt conveyors,and designs the overall structure and key structures of damping rollers in detail based on actual situations.Through simulation and practical application research,the role of damping rollers in reducing the operating speed of belt conveyors has been verified.Research has shown that damping rollers can effectively reduce the operating speed of conveyor belts in downward belt conveyors,improving the safety and efficiency of coal mine production.
