摘要
设计了一种基于智能电气技术的工业自动化控制系统,旨在提高生产过程的精度和效率。采用智能感知与数据采集、智能决策与控制、智能执行与驱动三大功能层,实现对温度、压力、流量等关键参数的精确控制。结果表明,该系统在静态和动态响应性能上均优于传统控制系统,且在能耗方面具有明显优势,展现了其在智能制造中的应用潜力。
This paper designs an industrial automation control system based on intelligent electrical technology,aiming to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the production process.By adopting three functional layers of intelligent perception and data collection,intelligent decision-making and control,and intelligent execution and driving,precise control of key parameters such as temperature,pressure,and flow rate can be achieved.The results show that the system outperforms traditional control systems in both static and dynamic response performance,and has significant advantages in energy consumption,demonstrating its potential for application in intelligent manufacturing.
