摘要
针对模拟加注系统,基于国产超御PLC和进口西门子PLC设计了硬件接口、通信网络接口和软件控制程序,实现了信号切换、监测报警、手动控制、模拟加注和泄回等功能。实验结果表明,国产PLC模拟加注控制系统工作稳定、工艺流程正确、数据计算正确,能满足模拟加注系统的自动控制功能要求和稳定可靠要求。
For the simulated refueling system,hardware interfaces,communication network interfaces,and software control programs were designed based on domestic Chaoyu PLC and imported Siemens PLC,achieving functions such as signal switching,monitoring and alarm,manual control,simulated refueling,and leakage.The experimental results show that the domestic PLC simulation injection control system works stably,the process flow is correct,and the data calculation is correct,which can meet the automatic control function requirements and stability and reliability requirements of the simulation injection system.
