摘要
供应链金融作为盘活建筑施工企业应收账款、优化财务结构的创新工具,在缓解资金压力、提高运营效率等方面发挥着不可替代的作用。然而,供应链金融在建筑施工行业的应用仍面临诸多风险与挑战。文章分析了供应链金融在建筑施工企业中的应用价值,剖析了面临的主要风险,并提出了相应的风险防控策略,旨在为建筑施工企业合理运用供应链金融提供启示。
Supply chain finance,as an innovative tool to activate accounts receivable and optimize financial structure of construction enterprises,plays an irreplaceable role in alleviating financial pressure and improving operational efficiency.However,the application of supply chain finance in the construction industry still faces many risks and challenges.This article analyzes the application value of supply chain finance in construction enterprises,identifies the main risks faced,and proposes corresponding risk prevention and control strategies,providing inspiration for construction enterprises to use supply chain finance reasonably.
