This paper focuses on investment and financing models in expressway construction,discussing their diversification trends and challenges.By analyzing the characteristics and selection factors of different models,the article reveals the current difficulties in investment and financing practices.Based on this,a series of optimization suggestions are proposed,aiming to improve capital utilization efficiency,reduce project risks,and promote public-private cooperation.The paper emphasizes the importance of policy support,innovative financing,risk management,project management capability enhancement,and information transparency,providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for the sustainable development of expressway construction.
