摘要
在现代企业管理体系下,基于ERP系统建立管理体系应从供应链层面实施。制药企业库存管理是采购、生产、销售供应链的关键环节,企业之间的竞争在加剧,应发挥ERP系统在物流存储方面的功能作用,调整产品产能结构,优化财务管理模式,推进制药企业科学管理库存产品。对此,文章首先阐述了制药企业库存管理以及制药企业库存管理现状问题,然后在此基础上分析基于ERP的制药企业库存管理,最后探究了利用ERP系统优化制药企业库存管理的策略。
Under the modern enterprise management system,the establishment of management system based on ERP system should be implemented from the supply chain level.Inventory management of pharmaceutical enterprises is a key link in the supply chain of procurement,production and sales,and the competition between enterprises is intensifying.ERP system should play a role in logistics storage,adjust product capacity structure,optimize financial management mode,and promote scientific inventory management of pharmaceutical enterprises.In this regard,this paper first describes the inventory management of pharmaceutical enterprises and the status quo of inventory management of pharmaceutical enterprises,on this basis,analyzes the inventory management of pharmaceutical enterprises based on ERP,and explores the strategy of optimizing inventory management of pharmaceutical enterprises by using ERP system.
