摘要
商业融资租赁公司(以下简称“商租公司”)作为高杠杆运营的金融企业,资金业务承担业务落地、融资创新、风险控制等重要职责,对公司适应市场环境变化、满足公司经营发展需要意义重大。文章分析商租公司资金业务管理面临的挑战和风险,结合实践创新经验,提炼产品模式的共性,旨在促进公司高质量发展。
Commercial financial leasing companies(hereinafter referred to as“commercial leasing companies”),as financial enterprises with high leverage operation,undertake important responsibilities such as business landing,financing innovation and risk control,which is of great significance for the company to adapt to changes in the market environment and meet the needs of the company's operation and development.This paper analyzes the challenges and risks faced by the capital business management of commercial leasing companies,combines the experience of practice and innovation,and refines the commonality of product models in order to promote the high-quality development of the company.
