摘要
石油装备贸易企业是石油产业中的重要组成部分,在国家工业经济中起着重要作用。在全球经济格局深度调整、国际竞争日益激烈的背景下,石油装备贸易面临前所未有的机遇与挑战,这对我国石油装备贸易企业的管理提出了更高的要求。基于此,文章就简要概述石油装备出口现况和精益管理模式在石油装备贸易企业中应用的重要性,分析精益管理模式在石油装备贸易企业中的应用路径,以期通过精益管理模式切实提高石油装备贸易企业的经营效益。
Petroleum equipment trading enterprises are an important component of the petroleum industry and play a significant role in the national industry.Against the backdrop of a deep adjustment in the global economic landscape and increasingly fierce international competition,petroleum equipment trade is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges,which pose higher requirements for the management of China's petroleum equipment trading enterprises.Based on this,this article briefly outlines the current situation of petroleum equipment exports and the importance of applying lean management mode in petroleum equipment trading enterprises.It analyzes the application path of lean management mode in petroleum equipment trading enterprises,in order to effectively improve the operational efficiency of petroleum equipment trading enterprises through lean management mode.
