摘要
梳理了数智变革背景下馆员培训的新挑战并分析了现有对策的局限性,论述了未来学习中心理念对于克服新挑战的潜力,以此为基础构建了以馆员为中心的具备多元化、开放性及强数智技术支撑特征的馆员智慧培训平台,并根据整体性治理理论,设计了多元主体参与、科学分工和成本合理分担的平台整体性建设路径。
This paper summarizes the new challenges of librarian training under the background of digital intelligence reform and analyzes the limitations of existing countermeasures,discusses the potential of the concept of future learning center for overcoming new challenges,and based on this,constructs an librarian-centered intelligence training platform with diversified,open and strong digital intelligence technology support,and according to the theory of holistic governance,designs the holistic construction path of the platform with multi-subject participation,scientific division of labors and reasonable cost sharing.
