摘要
目的探讨课程思政教育对实习护生安全态度和职业素养的影响。方法选取2022年1月-2024年3月在合肥医科大学附属医院实习的204名实习护生为研究对象,将2022年1-11月在该院实习的104名实习护生设为对照组,将2023年6月-2024年3月在该院实习的100名实习护生设为观察组。对照组采用常规方法进行实习带教及安全培训,观察组在对照组基础上增加课程思政教育。比较两组安全态度和职业素养得分及护理安全不良事件发生率。结果观察组安全态度和职业素养得分高于对照组(t=5.310,P<0.001),护理安全不良事件发生率低于对照组(χ2=4.322,P=0.038)。结论将课程思政融入临床护理实习教学,有利于提升护生的安全态度和职业素养,降低护理安全不良事件发生率,有助于构建实践育人体系。
Objective To explore the influence of the curriculum ideological and political education,on the attitude towards patients safety and professional ethics of undergraduate nursing interns.Methods Totally 204 intern nursing undergraduates at the affiliated hospital of Zunyi medical university between January 2022 and March 2024 were selected.Among them,104 interning in the first 11 months of 2022 were selected into the control group,while the rest were chosen into the observation group.Both groups were given routine clinical training and safety education,while the observation group was additionally cultivated their such quality the course,ideological and political education.Their attitudes towards safety and professional ethics were compared,as well as the incidence of nursing adverse events.Results The scores of safety attitudes and professional ethics of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(t=5.310,P<0.001),while the incidence of nursing adverse events was significantly lower than the latter(χ2=4.322,P=0.038).Conclusion Integrating curriculum ideology and political into clinical nursing internship teaching is beneficial for enhancing the safety attitudes and professional ethics of interns and lowering the incidence of nursing adverse events.It is conducive to building a practical education system.
