肿瘤相关成纤维细胞促进胰腺癌发展机制的研究进展

Research progress on the mechanisms of cancer-associated fibroblasts in promoting the development of pancreatic cancer

摘要 肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(CAFs)具有促进胰腺癌侵袭、转移、血管生成、免疫抑制及耐药等作用。CAFs的起源多样,且具有表型和功能异质性,这给靶向CAFs的抗肿瘤治疗带来了巨大挑战。然而,探究CAFs与胰腺癌细胞的相互作用,可为未来靶向CAFs治疗胰腺癌提供帮助。本文将结合国内外研究现状,重点探讨CAFs的异质性及其在胰腺癌进展过程中的作用机制,以期为胰腺癌的临床诊疗提供理论依据与研究方向。 Tumor-associated fibroblasts(CAFs)play a crucial role in promoting the invasion,metastasis,angiogenesis,immune suppression,and drug resistance of pancreatic cancer.The diverse origins,and phenotypic and functional heterogeneity of CAFs poses a significant challenge for targeted anti-tumor therapies against CAFs.However,investigating the interactions between CAFs and pancreatic cancer cells can provide insights for innovative CAFs-targeted therapies for pancreatic cancer.This article reviews the current domestic and international researchs,focusing on the heterogeneity of CAFs and their mechanisms in the progression of pancreatic cancer,with the aim of providing a theoretical basis and research direction for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer.
