摘要
在疾病的发展过程中,舌象能客观反映病位的深浅、病邪的性质、邪正的盛衰及病势的进退。腰痛是一种多因素所致的疾病,感受外邪或者因劳伤,或肾虚,精血不足致使气血运行失调致使腰部筋络闭阻或失于濡养均可出现疼痛,从而引起以气血为物质基础的舌象一系列变化。本文通过相关文献对腰痛的舌象进行分析概述,从现代医学的腰痛相关疾病,深掘腰痛舌象理论体系及分布规律,以期更好地建立腰痛的舌象客观机制及施治预警系统,为临床诊疗提供理论支撑。
In the process of disease development,the tongue can objectively reflect the depth of the disease,the nature,the rise and fall of the evil and the rise and retreat of the disease.Low back pain is a disease caused by multiple factors,feeling external evil or fatigue,or kidney deficiency,sperm and blood deficiency causes the imbalance of qi and blood,resulting in waist tendon closure or loss of caring and pain,thus causing a series of changes in the tongue based on qi and blood.This paper analyzes and summarizes the tongue image of low back pain through relevant literatures,and deeply excavates the theoretical system and distribution law of low back pain from the related diseases of low back pain,in order to better establish the objective mechanism and early warning system of low back pain,so as to provide theoretical support for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
