基于单目标灰色局势决策理论的温州晚籼稻品质综合评价

Comprehensive evaluation of late long-grain nonglutinous paddy quality in Wenzhou based on single objective grey situation decision-making theory

摘要 为了解近年来温州地产晚籼稻品质的变化情况,以便助力温州及时调整晚籼稻种植策略、管理方法和资源的分配投入,该研究结合2023年温州收获晚籼稻品质测报工作,对温州地产晚籼稻进行调查,以出糙率、整精米率、垩白度、直链淀粉、食味值5项指标为切入点,对温州地产晚籼稻品质整体情况进行分析,然后结合单目标灰色局势决策理论建立晚籼稻综合评价模型,进行量化的综合评价,并汇总近5年数据进行比较分析。结果显示:2023年温州市地产晚籼稻品质总体情况良好,但平均综合评价值处于近5年的最低点,建议加强开展育种和品种引进更新工作;乐清市和苍南县作为产粮大县,晚籼稻综合品质表现良好且稳定,近5年基本处于全市平均水平以上;鹿城、泰顺晚籼稻品质表现一般,可进一步优化调整种植品种,逐步提升当地晚籼稻综合品质;华浙优261号、桃优香占和嘉丰优2号等近年新引进温州的品种,综合品质表现较为突出,可加强定期监测和政策引导,逐步扩大种植面积。该研究为后续的温州地产优质晚籼稻发展提供一定的数据支撑。 In order to understand the changes in the quality of late long-grain nonglutinous paddy produced in Wenzhou in recent years,and to assist Wenzhou in adjusting its planting strategies,management methods,and resource allocation in a timely manner,this study combines the quality measurement and reporting work of late long-grain nonglutinous paddy harvested in Wenzhou in 2023 to investigate the quality of late long-grain nonglutinous paddy produced in Wenzhou.Five indicators,including roughness,head rice percentage,chalkiness,amylose,and taste value,were used as entry points to analyze the overall quality of late long-grain nonglutinous paddy produced in Wenzhou.Then,a comprehensive evaluation model for late long-grain nonglutinous paddy is established based on the single objective grey situation decision-making theory for quantitative comprehensive evaluation,and data from the past five years is summarized for comparative analysis.The results show that the overall quality of late season indica rice in Wenzhou in 2023 is good,but the average comprehensive evaluation value is at the lowest point in nearly 5 years.It is recommended to strengthen breeding and variety introduction and updating work;Yueqing City and Cangnan County,as major grain producing counties,have shown good and stable comprehensive quality of late long-grain nonglutinous paddy,which has been above the city average level in the past five years;The quality performance of late long-grain nonglutinous paddy in Lucheng and Taishun is average,and further optimization and adjustment of planting varieties can be carried out to gradually improve the comprehensive quality of local late long-grain nonglutinous paddy;New varieties introduced to Wenzhou in recent years,such as Huazheyou 261,Taoyouxiangzhan,and Jiafengyou 2,have shown outstanding comprehensive quality performance.Regular monitoring and policy guidance can be strengthened to gradually expand the planting area.This study provides certain data support for the development of high-quality late long-grain nonglutinous paddy in Wenzhou’s real estate industry in the future.
