摘要
渤海L油田由于地层以及注入工艺等原因,导致油井发生堵塞,严重影响油田的正常生产。为解除L油田油井堵塞,对渤海L油田油井堵塞物进行分析,并利用带筛网填砂管岩心内成垢模拟地层堵塞,开展渤海L油田堵塞物解堵效果研究。结果表明,聚合物注入过程中会使岩心的渗透率显著降低,解聚剂α能够有效解除聚合物堵塞,随着岩心渗透率降低、解聚剂段塞尺寸和注入速度增加,解聚剂α解堵效果增加,岩心解堵率最高可达44.2%。随重质组分用量的减少、有机溶剂β用量和注入压力增加,有机溶剂β解堵效果增加,解堵率可达75.00%~97.67%,并且解堵剂注入压力越高,解堵效果越好。该研究对渤海L油田后期开发具有重要意义。
Due to factors such as formation and injection technology,oil well clogging occurs in L oilfield of Bohai Sea,which seriously affects the normal production of oilfields.In order to relieve the blockage of oil well in L oilfield,this paper analyzes the blockage of oil well in L oilfield of Bohai Sea,and simulates the formation blockage by using the scale formed in the core of sand pipe filled with screen,and studies the effect of the blockage removal in L oilfield of Bohai Sea.The results show that the core permeability can be significantly reduced during polymer injection,and depolymerizerαcan effectively remove polymer plugging.With the decrease of core permeability,the increase of depolymerizer slug size and injection speed,the plugging removal effect of depolymerizerαincreases,and the recovery rate of core permeability can reach up to 44.2%.With the decrease of the amount of heavy components,the increase of the amount of organic solventβand the increase of injection pressure,the plugging removal effect of organic solventβincreases,and the plugging removal rate can reach 75.00%~97.67%.And the higher the injection pressures of the plugging remover,the better the plugging removal effect.This study is of great significance for the later development in L oilfield of Bohai Sea.
