摘要
“态靶辨治”理论是仝小林院士融合传统中医学生态大系统与现代医学系统分析方法孕育出的一种融汇古今、衷中贯西的新型中医学辨治模式。它将中医的整体调态与西医的精准打靶相结合,目前已经被广泛应用于临床,并且取得明显的疗效。而该体系中“态”的具体概念尚未见明确阐释,故文章从“态”的字解及态之整体观、个体观、复合观、恒动观具体论述“态靶辨治”之“态”,为临床医生在应用时提供更加清晰明了的思路。
The theory of'state-target differentiation and treatment'is a new type of Chinese medicine differentiation and treatment mode that integrates ancient and modern Chinese medicine and integrates the Chinese and Western methods by academician TONG Xiaolin.It combines the overall toning of traditional Chinese medicine with the precise targeting of western medicine,and has been widely used in clinical practice and has achieved obvious curative effects.However,the specific concept of'state'in this system has not been clearly explained,so this article specifically discusses the'state'of state-target differentiation and treatment'from the word interpretation of'state'and the overall view of state,individual view,composite view,constantly changing view,so as to provide clinicians with clearer and clearer ideas when applying.
