摘要
目的 探讨医院运行管理开展DIP付费改革方案的价值.方法 纳入2023年7月-2024年6月我院收治的300例患者作为研究对象,遵循非同周期法均分并命名为对照组(2023年7月-12月)、观察组(2024年1月-6月),每组150例,其中对照组实施常规医保支付方案,观察组实施DIP付费改革方案,对比两组医疗服务能力及安全指标、医疗服务费用指标.结果 观察组医疗服务费用减少,P<0.05;观察组CMI指数、四级手术率、医保结算率升高,平均住院日、再入院率、合并症率、代表病种平均住院日降低,P<0.05.结论 医院运行管理开展DIP付费改革方案可减少住院及治疗费用,避免出现并发症或再入院,提高整体医疗效率,值得借鉴.
Objective Discuss the value of hospital DIP payment reform plan in operation and management.Methods 300 patients were admitted from July 2023 to June 2024,and followed the cycle method was divided and named the control group(July-December 2023),observation group(January-June 2024),150 cases in each group,the control group implemented routine medical insurance payment scheme,the observation group implemented the DIP payment reform plan,comparing the two groups of medical service ability and safety index,medical service cost index.Results The observation group showed a decrease in medical service costs,with P<0.05;the CMI index,fourth level surgery rate,and medical insurance settlement rate of the observation group increased,while the average length of hospital stay,readmission rate,comorbidity rate,and average length of hospital stay for representative diseases decreased,with P<0.05.Conclusion The DIP payment reform plan for hospital operation management can reduce hospitalization and treatment costs,avoid complications or readmission,and improve overall medical efficiency,which is worth learning from.
