摘要
幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染在全球的流行率仍然很高,Hp感染与胃肠道及多种胃肠道外疾病有关,根除幽门螺杆菌有很大的意义.在根除幽门螺杆菌方面,目前已有多种根除治疗方案,其主要药物包括抗生素及抑酸药.伏诺拉生作为一种钾离子竞争性酸阻断剂,在幽门螺杆菌根除治疗中展示了更高的疗效和更低的副作用,成为一种有效的替代选择.现对幽门螺杆菌常用根除方案及伏诺拉生在其中的相关应用研究进展予以综述.
The prevalence of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection remains high globally,and Hp infection is associated with gastrointestinal and various extragastrointestinal diseases.Eradicating Hp has great significance.There are currently multiple eradication treatment options for Helicobacter pylori,including antibiotics and acid suppressants.Vorosuvastatin,as a potassium ion competitive acid blocker,has demonstrated higher efficacy and lower side effects in the eradication treatment of Helicobacter pylori,making it an effective alternative.This article provides a review of the commonly used eradication strategies for Helicobacter pylori and the relevant research progress on the use of Vorosuvastatin.
