钢筋混凝土面层加固砖砌体抗剪性能试验研究

摘要 试验制作了12片砖墙,考虑了混凝土强度、钢筋直径、面层厚度和砂浆强度4种变量,通过对角线剪切试验,讨论拟加固方案的有效性。研究结果表明:采用混凝土板墙加固后墙体抗剪强度随着混凝土强度、面层厚度和砌筑砂浆强度的增加而逐渐提高,最大提高了11.25倍,但钢筋直径对试件抗剪强度影响较小。钢筋混凝土面层加固能够显著提升砌体墙的刚度和抗剪承载力,该研究结果可为老旧砌体结构加固提供依据。 Twelve brick masonry walls were constructed,considering four variables:concrete strength,reinforcement diameter,layer thickness,and mortar strength.Diagonal shear tests were conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed strengthening method.The results indicate that the shear strength of the strengthened walls gradually increases with higher concrete strength,greater layer thickness,and improved mortar strength,achieving a maximum enhancement of 11.25 times.However,the reinforcement diameter has a minor impact on the shear strength.The reinforced concrete layer significantly improves the stiffness and shear capacity of masonry walls.The findings provide a theoretical basis for reinforcing aged masonry structures.
