摘要
以岗位标准化为切入点,从岗位工作内容和岗位设计流程等多维度梳理标准选取流程,明确岗位标准从目录编制、流程嵌入到反馈闭环等各环节的工作内容。创新提出一套标准实施方法,根据岗位工作特点和不同应用场景,借助数字化手段实现标准文档化、参数化、结构化,建立岗位标准与岗位工作内容或岗位设计流程的映射和关联,刚性嵌入主动推送至岗位人员桌面,提升其标准知识使能能力,促进标准的贯彻实施。
Taking post standardization as an entry point,this paper analyzes the standard selection process from multiple dimensions such as post-work contents and post-design processes,and clarifies the work contents of each link of post standards,from catalog compilation,and process embedding to feedback closed-loop.An innovative set of standard implementation methods is proposed.According to the characteristics of post-work and different application scenarios,digital means are used to implement the documentation,parameterization,and structuring of standards.The mapping and correlation between post standards and post-work contents or post-design processes are established,and they are rigidly embedded and actively pushed to the desktops of post personnel,to enhance their enabling ability of standard knowledge and promote the implementation of standards.
