摘要
肠道微生态内的病毒及病毒遗传信息的总和为肠道病毒组,具有免疫调节、基因水平转移以及肠道菌群的塑造等作用,对于维持肠道微生物组的结构和功能非常重要。肠道病毒组早期传统的研究方法主要为病毒分离、培养和电镜观察等,PCR技术的应用使得病毒的鉴定和分类更为快速,而现代高通量测序技术的快速发展使人们认识到了更多未知的病毒。该文主要介绍了畜禽肠道病毒群的组成、作用以及研究方法,旨在为畜禽肠道病毒组的研究以及畜禽健康养殖提供科学依据。
The gut virome refers to the collection of viruses and viral genetic information present within the gut microbiota.It plays critical roles in immune regulation,horizontal gene transfer,and shaping the gut microbiome,which are essential for maintaining the structure and function of the gut microbial community.Early traditional methods for studying the gut virome primarily involved virus isolation,culture,and electron microscopy.The advent of PCR technology significantly enhanced the speed and accuracy of virus identification and classification.With the rapid advancement of modern high-throughput sequencing technologies,many previously unknown viruses have been discovered.This paper primarily reviews the composition,functions,and research methods of the gut virome in livestock and poultry,aiming to provide a scientific basis for virome research and promoting healthy farming practices in livestock and poultry.
