船舶燃油加热器系统优化设计

摘要 为解决船舶燃油加热器加热容量小、加热速度慢、操作复杂、燃烧效率低、燃烧不充分带来的污染和系统不稳定等问题,提出对燃油加热器系统优化设计。该设计包括燃油加热器硬件选型、线路设计、PLC编程和人机界面设计。该设计的优点是燃油加热器加热容量大、加热速度快、加热温度可调、操作简单、系统稳定性高。该设计在安徽三维电器有限公司生产的燃油加热器中应用实验,结果表明,该设计科学合理、运行稳定,能提高燃油的燃烧效率,延长接触器等元件使用寿命,节省电能,且船舶燃油加热器已生产销售到全国船舶厂家。 To solve the problems of small heating capacity,slow heating speed,complex operation,low combustion efficiency,pollution and system instability caused by insufficient combustion of ship fuel heaters,an optimized design of the fuel heater system is proposed.This design includes hardware selection of fuel heater,circuit design,PLC programming,and human-machine interface design.The advantages of this design are that the fuel heater has a large heating capacity,fast heating speed,adjustable heating temperature,simple operation,and high system stability.The design is applied to the fuel heater produced by Anhui Sanwei Electric Co.,Ltd.,the results show that the design is scientific and reasonable,and the operation is stable,it can improve the combustion efficiency of fuel,prolong the service life of contactors and other components,save electric energy,and the marine fuel heater has been produced and sold to ship manufacturers nationwide.
