摘要
卵巢癌(OC)发病隐匿,预后差,病死率为妇科恶性肿瘤之首。肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAMs)作为肿瘤微环境最丰富的免疫细胞群,在OC的发生、发展及化疗耐药中发挥着重要作用。TAMs在不同因子诱导下,极化为抗肿瘤的M1型或促肿瘤的M2型。M2型TAMs通过表达免疫抑制因子、趋化因子和生长因子调控OC细胞增殖、凋亡、侵袭、转移,促进OC免疫抑制微环境形成及化疗耐药,加速OC进展。同时,OC可促进TAMs的募集、M2型极化及其相关因子的表达,进一步促进OC发展。中医药在OC治疗方面应用广泛,疗效显著。本文通过探讨TAMs与OC的相互作用机制及中医药调控TAMs干预OC的治疗进展,以期为OC的中医药治疗提供思路。
Ovarian cancer(OC)has a hidden onset,poor prognosis,and the highest mortality rate among gynecological malignancies.Tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs),as the most abundant immune cell population in the tumor microenvironment,play a crucial role in the initiation,progression,and chemoresistance of OC.Under the influence of different factors,TAMs polarize into anti-tumor M1-type or pro-tumor M2-type macrophages.M2-type TAMs regulate OC cell proliferation,apoptosis,invasion,and metastasis by expressing immunosuppressive factors,chemokines,and growth factors,promoting the formation of an immunosuppressive microenvironment and chemoresistance,thus accelerating OC progression.At the same time,OC can promote the recruitment of TAMs,their polarization into M2-type,and the expression of related factors,further advancing OC development.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)is widely used and has shown significant efficacy in the treatment of OC.This paper discusses the interaction mechanisms between TAMs and OC,as well as the progress in TCM regulation of TAMs in the treatment of OC,with the aim of providing new perspectives for TCM-based therapy of OC.
