摘要
目的分析超高海拔地区不良妊娠结局的影响因素。方法收集在改则县人民医院分娩的835例产妇的病历资料,采用二分类非条件Logistic回归分析探讨不良妊娠结局的影响因素。结果在835例产妇中,共178例出现不良妊娠结局,发生率为21.32%。二分类非条件Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄≥30岁、乙肝是产后出血的影响因素(P<0.05);妊娠期高血压疾病是早产的影响因素(P<0.05);年龄≥30岁、妊娠期高血压疾病、贫血是新生儿窒息的影响因素(P<0.05);贫血是死胎死产的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论超高海拔地区不良妊娠结局的发生率较高;年龄≥30岁、合并妊娠期高血压疾病、贫血或乙肝的产妇属于高危人群,应予以重点关注。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of adverse pregnancy outcomes in ultra-high altitude areas.Methods The medical records of 835 puerpera who gave birth in the People's Hospital of Gaize County were collected,and the influencing factors of adverse pregnancy outcomes were analyzed by binary unconditional Logistic regression analysis.Results In 835 cases of puerper,a total of 178 cases had adverse pregnancy outcomes,with an incidence rate of 21.32%.The binary unconditional Logistic regression analysis results showed that age≥30 years old and hepatitis B were the influencing factors of postpartum hemorrhage(P<0.05);hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy was the influencing factor of preterm birth(P<0.05);age≥30 years old,hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and anemia were the influencing factors of neonatal asphyxia(P<0.05);anemia was the influencing factor of stillbirth(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes is high in ultra-high altitude areas;puerpera aged≥30 years,complicated with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,anemia or hepatitis B are high-risk groups,which should be focused on.
